DHS 1975
Classmate Profile submissions
The DHS 1975 Classmate Profile form on this website
is used to collect information on classmates for the Reunion
Committee to maintain a database of the DHS Class of 1975
members.
This information is solely for use
by the DHS 1975
Website and the DHS Class of 1975 Reunion Committee for contacting
class members about upcoming Reunions and events, to publish an email
address directory of classmates in the "Classmates" section
of this website, and to publish classmate information in Reunion
Classmate Directory books distributed at Reunion events and made
available from the Reunion Committee. This information

submission form includes "do not publish" opt-out check
boxes for specific information that the classmate desires to not be
made public, either on this website or in Reunion Classmate Directory
books distributed at Reunion events and available from the
Reunion Committee. If a classmate does not check an
opt-out box regarding a section of information on the Classmate

the DHS 1975
Webmaster and the DHS 1975 Reunion Committee that the
classmate wishes that information to be published.
2.) The DHS 1975 Website
will only publish classmate names and email addresses, along with
attendance confirmations for upcoming Reunion events (when applicable).
It is solely the
discretion of the classmate alone to share any other personal information
with any individual after such individual has initiated email contact
with them, and the
responsibility with such revelation of information rests solely
with the classmate.
3.) The

graduate members of the DHS Class
of 1975 only. In the case of

graduate class member, a Classmate Profile submission will be
accepted from a surviving immediate family member of the deceased
class member (i.e.: widowed spouse, surviving child, surviving
parent or surviving sibling). All other Profile submissions will
be rejected.
4.) By allowing the
DHS 1975
Website to publish your email address and/or website information,
it is with the understanding that this information is viewable by the general
public and may be scanned by advetising interests that produce spam. This
is something that is beyond the control of the DHS 1975 Website, the
DHS 1975 Reunion Committee, and the DHS Class of 1975.
5.) The DHS Class of
1975 website reserves the right to limit, edit and exclude any extra
