3.)  To publish classmate email addresses on the DHS 1975 Website for for the purpose of DHS 1975 classmates staying in touch with each other.  The Classmate Profile form offers the option to 'opt out' of having your email address published, whether on the website or in Reunion Edition Classmate Directories. {See section 1.) of DHS 1975 Classmate Profile submissions}

4.)  To publish classmate information in Reunion Classmate Directory books distributed at Reunion events and available from the Reunion Committee.  The Classmate Profile form offers the option to 'opt out' of having your mailing address, phone number(s) and email address(es) published, whether on the website or in Reunion Edition Classmate Directories. {See section 1.) of DHS 1975 Classmate Profile submissions}

The DHS 1975 Classmate Profile form on this website is used to collect information on classmates for the Reunion Committee to maintain a database of the DHS Class of 1975 members.

This information is solely for use by the DHS 1975 Website and the DHS Class of 1975 Reunion Committee for contacting class members about upcoming Reunions and events, to publish an email address directory of classmates in the "Classmates" section of this website, and to publish classmate information in Reunion Classmate Directory books distributed at Reunion events and made available from the Reunion Committee.
